You get an actual street address, not a PO Box and you can receive packages from any carrier up to 10 packages a month FREE with your mailbox along with FREE email notification. Each parcel over the allotted per month will incur a $5 fee. All packages received through other services i.e. Amazon Counter, will be subject to these limits.

We also offer Mail & Package Forwarding at $5.50 per forward + postage. We can forward your mail or package on any schedule you wish.

We also offer Mail Notification Services at $1 per month. This is simply a "You Have Mail" service.

We also offer our "Mail is in" Mail notification on our website which lets you know when the mail has been delivered to us and put up for the day.

Business Add-on gives you the ability to use your mailbox for business purposes. This service adds $5 per month to the account.

We will need two (2) forms of ID. One Must be from the Acceptable Primary IDs. The second
must be from the Secondary ID list on the back. Section (a) in both lists can only be used for either the Primary ID or the Secondary ID, but not for both.

Acceptable Primary IDs
a. U.S. Government I.D.: U.S. Government I.D. may be federal-, state-, or tribal-issued. Customers may provide the following: (The same card can only be used once for either Primary or Address ID)
1. State-issued driver’s license.
2. Non-driver’s identification card.
3. U.S. Armed Forces card.
4. Uniformed Service ID card.
5. U.S. permanent resident or other identification card issued by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
6. U.S. certificate of citizenship or naturalization.
7. Identification card issued by a federally or state-recognized tribal nation (tribal identification card).
b. Passport: This includes a U.S. passport, U.S. passport card, or foreign passport.
c. Matricula Consular (Mexico): A Matricula Consular card is an identification card issued by the Government of Mexico through its consulate offices to Mexican nationals residing outside Mexico.
d. NEXUS (Canada): NEXUS is a joint Canada Border Services Agency and U.S. Customs and Border Protection operated trusted traveler and expedited border control program. Customers may provide a NEXUS card as a form of identification for money orders. To be accepted, the NEXUS card must contain an identification number.
e. U.S. University Identification: For some retail products and services specified in Exhibit 10.3 customers may provide a public or private U.S. university identification card as an acceptable form of photo identification.

Customers may also provide an acceptable non-photo form of current identification, such as the following:
a. U.S. Government I.D.: U.S. Government I.D. may be federal-, state-, or tribal-issued. Customers may provide the following:
a. State-issued driver’s license.
b. Non-driver’s identification card.
c. Identification card issued by a federally or state-recognized tribal nation (tribal identification card).
b. A Lease, Mortgage, or Deed of Trust.
c. Voter or Vehicle Registration Card.
d. Home or Vehicle Insurance Card/Policy

Social Security Cards, Credit Cards and Birth Certificates are NOT ACCEPTED as ID by the Post Office.

Each person on the box (maximum of three) unless opening a business box, then (maximum of two) will need to provide two forms of ID from the lists above.  

For Businesses, we will need the Name, Address, Phone#, Type of Business and place of registration for all Businesses.

Note- Updated ID’s & Form 1583’s will be required when the ID’s used expire. We recommend using ID’s with the longest expiration dates such as a Driver’s license or Passport for the photo ID and Voter registration card for the address ID.
