Collect Your Package at 2B POSTAL's Amazon Counter
Instead of having a package delivered to your home or business address, you can select us as your pickup point.
You can collect your package at our Amazon Counter after you receive your delivery notice.
When your package is ready to collect, Amazon sends you an email notice including:
- Shipment tracking ID
- Unique pickup barcode
- Address and opening times for our location.
To collect your package, do one of the following:
- Visit our Counter during our open hours.
- Present the pickup code from your delivery email to the store associate.
Note:
- If you want someone else to pick up your package, forward them the delivery confirmation email with the pickup code. This process is specific to Amazon Counters, there might be other pickup point options which require a government-issued photo ID to pick up an order
- Hours of operation vary depending on Pickup locations. To review our hours of operation after an order has been placed, go to Your Orders and select View order details.
- You can scan the below QR Code to save our location in your amazon account.
If the following applies, your order qualifies for delivery to our Amazon Counter:
- All items are sold or fulfilled by Amazon.com.
- Items do not exceed 33 lbs. or have dimensions larger than 36 (h) x 24 (l) x 24 (w) inches.
- The order does not contain items that require special handling.
- The order does not contain Subscribe & Save items.
- The order does not contain items for Release-Date Delivery.
- Be available for shipping within 24 hours. (For items that ship within 24 hours, look for a message similar to Want this item by tomorrow? Order in the next 30 minutes on the product detail page.)
