Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If the item we ship to you is defective in any way, we will gladly exchange (where possible). If we are unable to replace item with the same item at that time, we will issue you with a store credit (excluding shipping).

- issue you with a store credit/gift certificate.
The following conditions must be adhered to in order to process an exchange request.
The product in question must be in new and unused condition as well as in the original packaging.
The product is to be returned within 7 days of receiving it.
The product labels are still attached to the product.
A (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization has been requested and received.
A copy of the original invoice is to be returned along with the product.
Return postage and additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the consumer.
